OUR SERVICES
Spay & Neuter
We help provide low-cost spay and neutering services to residents of Hoke county. In addition, we help get feral cat colonies under control using trap, neuter, and release (TNR) methods. This also comes with a rabies vaccination. If someone needs assistance getting their cat spayed/neutered, we'll make it happen!
Shelter Support
We work closely with the Hoke County Animal Shelter. Events, donations, and transportation are just some of the ways we've worked with them to make sure the animals in their care are happy and healthy!
Emergency Services
In addition to helping with the cost of spaying/neutering, we also help Hoke county pet owners in need with emergency situations that may arise. Life is unpredictable, and times are tough-- we're here to help.
OUR STORY
Since 2001, the Hoke Raeford Humane Society has been working to stop the rampant overcrowding of animals at the Hoke County animal shelter. Through assisting pet owners with limited resources with their costs of spaying/neutering, as well as providing low-cost TNR, Hoke/Raeford Humane has helped provide around 100 spay/neuters per year since our founding!

Not only that, but we also provide some much needed support to our friends at the Hoke County animal shelter with food and donations to get help to those who need it. We've worked directly with the shelter for over 10 years, and even used to do adoptions ourselves. We are always accepting generous donations--making sure they go directly to those in need!

Our mission is to end the overcrowding in our shelter, and make sure local pet owners have the help they need in getting essential services for their pets.
